Ms. Stahl's PE classes are working on their strength and teamwork! First grade used balance/coordination with partner wheelbarrow races, third grade celebrated burpees with high fives, and fifth graders tested their strength/balance with partner push-ups. Way to work, Birds!

Last spring, we kicked off a contest between JH/HS and the Elementary to see who could collect the most pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House in Toledo. Tabs came back in all sorts of containers: big and small! They made their way back to Pettisville from as far as Kalida, and we even had some shipped in from Florida! ☀️ There were over 70 gallons of pop tabs added to the collection bins today and the results are in… Pettisville Elementary wins! The entire elementary will be treated to a special ice cream treat 🍦 Special thanks to Ms. Litogot and the FCCLA members who helped coordinate this contest. Thank you to everyone who saved pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House in Toledo! This project was near and dear to my heart and I am so happy to see it return to Pettisville! Stay tuned for additional information about next year’s contest, and keep saving those tabs. Every little tab adds up to make a BIG impact! Way to go, Blackbirds! 💛🖤 Jenae Lammers
