
Mrs. Meller's Physics students calculated the elastic constant of a rubber band. Then, using the concept of conservation of mechanical energy of both potential and kinetic energy changes, calculated how long their bungee string needed to be to have a successful bungee jump. Eggs were dropped from the ramp above the Atrium which is just over 4 meters. Way to go, Blackbirds!

On Tuesday, the Art 2, 3, and 4 students enjoyed a field trip to the Fort Wayne Museum of Art and the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Gardens. Two of our students, Jada and Liz, had pieces on display at the Museum of Art.
