Today is School Lunch Hero Day! It's only appropriate that we share the photo of our amazing Blackbird Cafe staff in front of the SUPERHERO sign!
Not only do they fill trays with delicious, homemade food each day, but they also brighten everyone's days while doing it! Whether it’s spreading kindness with their words, turning someone's frown into a smile, or wishing someone a Happy Birthday, none of these go unnoticed.
Special thanks to all of our cafeteria helpers, too! Miss Barb, Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Phipps, Mrs. Sauder, Mrs. Schramm. Whether it's opening ketchup packets, helping with lunch items, cleaning up a spill, your smiles, laughter, and don't forget patience... you are vital to the lunchroom!
Thank you to the best "lunch ladies" around! We are thankful for you!

Congratulations to our top Coffee for a Cause sellers: Carter is our top seller at $1,680; Locke with $660, and Collette $405, earning Tiny's Dairy Barn gift cards. 🍔🍦
Vicki Nofziger sold the most in the staff division, earning herself a gift card to Special Grounds!
Overall, our Blackbirds sold $11,970! That's a lot of coffee. Way to go!
Thank you to everyone who supported this fundraiser. It should be in soon.
