The Pettisville JV Volleyball Team picked a BBC win tonight at North Central in straight sets.
Elementary Running Club is cancelled for today.
9/15/17- STEM Club met for the first time. 11 students met after school to work with community member, John Waidelich, to learn how to work with micro-processors called Arduinos.
Mrs. Wixom's third-grade classroom had four butterflies emerge from their chrysalises today! The students were able to witness the emergence as it was happening! They released the butterflies on the flowering bushes in front of the school.
The varsity soccer team was victorious tonight over the visiting Wildcats from Kalida by a score 1-0.
The varsity golf team took on Hilltop and Edgerton at Ironwood tonight. The Blackbirds were victorious over Hilltop 187 to 191 and were defeated by Edgerton by one shot 186 to 187.
9/15/2017 - 2 hour delay
The varsity volleyball team came up short tonight in 5 sets to Hicksville. After dropping the first two sets, the Blackbirds won sets 3 and 4 to force a deciding 5th set. The Aces came out on top in a tough 5th set 18 to 16. The Aces also won the JV and Freshman matches.

High school journalism students Joshua Bock, Sarah Herring, Jacob Myers, and Lindsey Crossgrove are heading out with the rest of the journalism class today to visit the business community for the purpose of selling ad space in the next edition of the Lariat, the school yearbook.
The varsity soccer team was victorious tonight over Toledo Christian 4 to 0. The Blackbird Soccer Teams will host Kalida this Friday night with the varsity at 5:00 pm and a half of JV to follow the conclusion of the varsity match.
Thanks to all the students, faculty, staff, and organizations that contributed in the donation for for those affected by Hurricane Harvey. Because of your generosity, NHS raised $743.33. This money will arrive in Houston tomorrow afternoon. Thanks again!

The Pettisville Golf Team picked up a non-conference victory over Holgate tonight at Ironwood.
The varsity golf team was defeated this afternoon in a tri-match with Antwerp and North Central with the following scores: North Central 171, Antwerp 189, and Pettisville 200
The varsity volleyball team picked up a home BBC victory tonight over Hilltop in straight sets. With the victory, Coach Horning has reached the 200 win mark. Congratulations to the Blackbirds and Coach Horning!
The varsity soccer team picked a road win tonight at Wauseon by a score of 8 to 1. The varsity team returns to the pitch on Tuesday when they host the Eagles from Toledo Christian.
