The JV and Varsity Boys' Basketball Games at Hilltop tonight have been postponed. The games have been rescheduled for Monday, February 19, with the JV game starting at 6:00 PM at Hilltop. All practices are cancelled for today as well.

Pettisville Elementary and Pettisville Junior High School sent the winner of each grade level (4 – 8) to participate in the Fulton County Spelling Contest at the Educational Service Center in Archbold on Tuesday, February 6th.

M&R Redi-Mix brought a cement mixer to the 100th Day Celebration!
100th Day of School Celebration in Grades K and 1. It is a construction theme with the elementary students working as the "10 x 10 Construction Company".
Pre-sale tickets for the homecoming are on sale in the office on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Ticket prices are $6 for adults and $4 for students. Doors open on Saturday at 4:15 PM and the homecoming ceremony starts at 5:10 PM. The JV game with Hicksville will tip-of at 6:00 PM followed by the varsity game.

This is a reminder that Pettisville is the host for the junior high boys basketball tournament on Sat. Feb. 3, Mon. Feb. 5, and Sat. Feb. 10. This is Buckeye Border Conference event, so Pettisville season passes and Pettisville senior citizen passes will not be accepted. Ticket prices for the BBC Tournament are $4 for adults and $3 for students.

There will not be freshman game at Montpelier tonight as originally scheduled. The freshman game at Montpelier will be rescheduled for a later date. The JV game at Montpelier will start at 6:00 PM followed by the varsity game.

Congratulations to the students who received Regional Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. In art, Elizabeth Beck (bottom left) - honorable mention and Madeleine Wixom (bottom right)- gold key. In writing, Keilah Fish (top left) - silver key, Lyla Heising (top right) - gold key, and Gretchen Lee (top center) - 1 honorable mention, 2 silver keys, 2 gold keys, and 1 portfolio gold key. Their work will be displayed at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, and all gold keys will move on to be judged nationally.
High school students celebrate the end of first semester exams with “game day” put on by the teachers that include a variety of fun games and activities scheduled throughout the day. The second semester begins tomorrow.
The JV and Varsity Girls Game vs. Fayette, all practices, and the 5th quarter are cancelled for Friday, January 12.
