The varsity and JV girls basketball teams both picked up non-conference wins over the visiting Ottawa Hills Green Bears. The varsity won 38-23 and the JV won 36-16. The 8th grade girls won over Swanton 20-13 and the 7th grade girls lost a close one to Swanton 21-22.

Results from last night’s junior high basketball games with Edon: The 7th grade girls won 19 to 15. The 8th grade girls won 31 to 14. The 7th grade boys won 30 to 24. The 8th grade boys lost 26 to 29.
Monday, Jan. 9 -
Results from over the weekend: The varsity and JV boys basketball teams picked up BBC wins at Holgate on Friday. The varsity boys won 50 to 33 and the JV won 22 to 14 over Holgate. The varsity boys defeated the visiting Edgerton Bulldogs 53 to 40 on Saturday. The JV boys lost 26 to 31. The freshman boys won 27 to 20 over Edgerton.
On Saturday the varsity girls won the non-conference match-up with Montpelier 38 to 27. The JV girls lost a close one 21 to 22 to Montpelier. The 8th grade girls won over Fayette 29 to 21. The 8th grade boys won over Fayette 30 to 20 and the 7th grade boys won 35 to 26.
