Friday, April 8 - 

Morning Activity Period will be for class meetings.  Seniors, please bring chromebooks and a pencil with you to class meetings.  There is no formal Sophomore class meeting today.  Mrs. Frazer’s homeroom needs to go to her classroom. Mr. Bishop’s homeroom should go to the Art Room.

The varsity softball and baseball teams lost their BBC openers last night.  Softball lost 9 to 7 and baseball lost 15 to 0.

Junior High Track Results…..Girls Team Scores: Delta 80.5, Swanton 50.5, and Pettisville 31.  Boys Team Scores: Delta 70, Pettisville 63, and Swanton 27.

Volleyball open gym for girls in grades 8-11 interested in playing volleyball will be Monday from 6:30-8:00pm.  If you are interested in playing volleyball and have not signed up, please see Mrs. Horning as soon as possible.

Juniors and Seniors are reminded to RSVP for prom. The deadline for RSVP’s is in 1 week. As of today 43 responses have been received and 15 have paid for their deposits. Please take care of the RSVP and the deposit before the Easter break because we want to give the caterer accurate numbers!

If you have not yet turned in your musical script from Little Women, please do so ASAP.

Wednesday, April 6 - 

2nd period study hall will be in room 209 today.

JH Track Results from Tuesday’s meet:  The JH Girls took second place.  Holgate 62, Pettisville 55, and Stryker 18. The JH Boys took first place.  Pettisville 67.5, Holgate 62.5, Stryker 21.  In the shot put, Josiah Grant broke the school record with a throw of 43 feet and 5 inches.

Varsity Girls Track Results from Archbold:  Archbold 1st, Pettisville 2nd, North Central 3rd.  Varsity Boys Track Results:  Archbold 1st, Pettisville 2nd, North Central 3rd.

The varsity baseball team lost a close one last night to Swanton 9 to 8.  The varsity baseball and softball teams will be back in action tomorrow in the BBC opener at North Central.

Juniors and Seniors are reminded to RSVP for prom. 39 have responded so far. Please reply soon! Deposits are also being collected. Promptly turn those in as you reply. Money can be turned in to Bella Strauss or Mrs. Miller. As of today, approximately 30% of people who replied have paid the deposit.

2nd period study hall will be in room 209 today.

Last Friday, the high school quiz team participated in the NBAL quiz tournament. After securing the runner-up spot on season play, the varsity team went 3-2 on the day. The JV team ended undefeated, making them both regular season and tournament champions. Individual high scorers for the season were also recognized. Lyla Heising was named 3rd high scorer in the varsity division. In the JV division, Kate Roth was named 5th high scorer and Sophie Sterken was 1st overall.  Congratulations to them!
