This morning’s activity period will be for FFA – meet in Mr. Poulson’s room. This meeting is for officers only and those interested in learning more about parliamentary procedure. Student Council will have the yearbook photo taken during the meeting in the theatre.
Basketball cheerleaders are looking for volunteers to help make wall signs to hang in the gym for our basketball season. We will be working in the Commons area on Thursday after school until 9:00pm. Friday, we will be in the cafeteria from 9am-9pm. Come and go as you like during those working hours. Even a couple hours of your donated time will help us out immensely. If you have any questions, please see one of the cheerleaders.
FCA invites you to participate in Operation Christmas Child. Collect a Christmas box and fill it with small or large Christmas gifts for a certain age and gender. See any FCA leader or Scott Rupp to receive a box or if you have any questions. All boxes need to be turned in by November 10th.
FCA is hosting a bonfire for students in grades 9-12 this evening at 7:00pm behind Pettisville Missionary Church. We will have food and worship. If it rains, we will meet in the church. Hope to see you there!
Good luck to Grace Remington this Saturday at the state cross country meet. Grace will run at 9am at Fortress Obetz in the OHSAA Division III State Race. Tickets for the event need to be purchased online on the OHSAA ticket site. Today at 2:45, we will line the halls to cheer on Grace to state!

Results from the Regional Cross Country Meet on Saturday at Tiffin: Congratulations to Grace Remington for 25th place finish which qualifies her for the state cross country meet on Saturday. The girls’ team finished in 11th place out of 22 teams. Congratulations to the girls’ team on a great season finishing with a BBC Championship and a District Championship. In the boys’ regional race, Zach McWatters finished in 104th place. Grace will now run at the OHSAA State Cross Country Meet at Fortress Obetz in Obetz, OH on the south side of Columbus. The Division III girls race will be the first race of the day on Saturday, November 6, at 9:00 am. Tickets for the event must be purchased online on the OHSAA Ticket Site.
