\r\nYou should have received communication from Brian Leppelmeier regarding the update of your athletic/medical forms to be eligible for the 2021-22 sports teams. Please login and make sure you get your forms updated to be able to participate in summer activities and fall sporting events.

Please login to Final Forms and update any information as well as sign the forms for the upcoming school year. Please note, for the 2021-22 school year, we will be utilizing a NEW Instant Alert messaging service. In the past this service was a Honeywell product. Honeywell is discontinuing their services and we are moving to a product that is incorporated into our website system. Typical communications will be school delays/cancellations, special event announcements, and academic/athletic specific communications. You will see a form within Final Forms to add your contact information. We ask that you fill this out for all of your students as the school has contact groups that will be pulled for specific grades and activities. Thank you for your help as we transition into the new system.
