Roses are 8.00, Carnations are 4.00 and pop is 2.00 a can. Look for the signs in the hallway! Stop by the table in the cafeteria, buy a flower or a pop and type up a note for your friend before Feb 3rd. The flowers and pop will be delivered to your friend on Thursday Feb 12th.

Results from last night: The varsity girls' basketball team lost to host Edon. The 8th grade boys’ basketball team defeated Archbold 31-27. The 7th grade boys and the 8th grade girls lost to Archbold.

Blackbird Academic Success Center meets again TODAY after school in the library from 3:15-4:15. Come work on homework, get help from a teacher on school work, or just come read a book. Remember the rewards that come with participating for a full session each time!

Here are the results from the hallway decorating contest for Homecoming week: 1st place is the Seniors; 2nd place goes the Juniors; 3rd place is the Sophomores. Congratulations to all classes for their creativity and hard work.

The pep rally participant form has been emailed out. Please fill it out and submit it by Wednesday at 3:05.
There will be a volleyball meeting today at lunch for all girls in grades 8-11 interested in playing volleyball next season. Please bring your lunch to room 209 (study hall room) as soon as possible.

The Blackbird Academic Success Center will start back up TODAY! Remember for those students that come for a full session you will receive a $1 Concession Stand Coupon and be able to enter a monthly drawing for a $10 gift card. The success center is available any Monday and Wednesday when we have school. See Mrs. Meller or Mr. Wagner if you have any questions.

Results from over the weekend: The varsity girls' basketball team lost to visiting Fayette. The JV girls won 13 to 10. The varsity boys defeated Edgerton 45 to 42. The JV boys lost to Edgerton 32 to 34. The 8th grade girls and the 8th grade boys picked up BBC wins over Fayette. The 7th grade boys lost to host Fayette.
