Students will compete against their grade level for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, and then the 1st place spellers from each grade will compete against each other in a live spelling round for the Championship. Results from over the weekend: The varsity girls defeated North Central 37 to 22. The JV girls defeated Tinora 21 to 18 in overtime. The varsity boys lost to Paulding 57 to 60. The JV boys lost to Paulding 33 to 58. The 7th grade girls won at Stryker 26 to 1. The 8th grade boys defeated Stryker 32 to 16. The 7th grade boys defeated Stryker 22 to 20.
