This season of gratitude is the perfect time to stop by our Thankful Turkey display during lunch outside the gym and write something you’re grateful for right on the feathers or the sign. Big or small—anything that brightens your day counts! Junior high and high school students, we’re counting on you to lead the way and show our elementary students what gratitude looks like. Let’s fill our display with positivity and make our Thankful Turkey shine!
Christmas Cheer Can Food Drive Hey everyone! It’s time to spread some holiday cheer! We’re collecting canned foods for our Christmas Cheer drive from November 24th through December 5th. Turn in your cans to your AA teacher. The grade that brings in the most donations will win a pizza party! Let’s work together to make this season brighter for those in need—and have some fun while doing it!
The JH FCA will be hosting a Thanksgiving party TODAY during lunch and Academic Assist in Mrs. Miller’s room. Get your lunch and come up for the party. Grab a friend! Snacks, drinks and desserts are provided.

How time flies, we are over halfway through quarter 2. Take advantage of the Blackbird Academic Success Center after school today to get your work done before we head into the Thanksgiving break.

Results from over the weekend. On Friday, the varsity girls basketball team lost to Stryker 30 to 23, and the JV team won 7 to 2. On Saturday, the varsity girls lost to Edgerton 52 to 37, and the JV team won 21 to 6.
