FCCLA members: The following needs to be completed by next Thursday (Nov. 6th) before Parent/Teacher Conferences:

  1. Turn in the paper order form.

  2. Turn in money

  3. Do the google form in Google Classroom (Put all your orders with your email address and the total of glazed and chocolate iced donuts).

  4. Sign up for Walleys game and grab a permission note.  Make sure to have your money for either a hot dog ($8) or pizza ($9) when you sign up.

Please email or stop by and talk to Ms. Litogot with any questions. Sell those donuts!

NHS applications are due tonight by midnight! If you have any final questions, reach out to Mrs. Planson as soon as possible.

Today is the final day of the Mock Election! 8th graders should report to the Library with Chromebooks during Academic Assist to cast their votes. A big thank-you to PHS Student Council members Creighton, Caroline, Grace, and Luke for helping make this week’s Mock Election a success—and thanks to everyone who participated! If you missed your class’s voting time, you can still stop by the Library today during Academic Assist to make your voice heard. Stay tuned to Monday’s announcements for the results! 

Attention Seniors: Please check our email. We need you to nominate the next homecoming king and queen. Please have your nominations in by 3:00 on Monday. The high school student body will be voting middle of next week.

Student Council is hosting a Samuel Mancino’s fundraiser tomorrow. Please come out and support the student council.

Academic assist today will be for Student Council (Mrs. Hastings room).

Good luck to Alex Galvin at the OHSAA Cross Country State Championships tomorrow at Fortress Obetz.  Alex will run in the Division 4 race at 10:40 am.  Tickets for this event must be purchased online at ohsaa.org/tickets. We will have a state send-off for Alex at 9:45 am at the end of 2nd period today.


Wednesday -

Blackbirds, it’s time to perform your civic duty and VOTE! The Mock Election is taking place this week in the library during Academic Assist. Today, 9th graders will vote. Bring your chromebooks.

National Honor Society applications are due this Friday, October 31st by 11:59 p.m. Applications will not be accepted after that point. If you have any questions, please ask Mrs. Planson as soon as possible.

The University of Toledo will be here in the counseling office area today during lunch. Please stop by to get more information.

Congratulations to Alex Galvin for qualifying for the OHSAA State Cross Country Championships.  Alex finished 26th on Saturday with a time of 16:43 to punch his ticket for the State Meet. Alex will run on Saturday, November 1, at Fortress Obetz at 10:40 am.  

Team results from the Regional Cross Country Meet: The varsity girls finished in 33rd place, and the varsity boys finished in 26th place.
