Friday -
Congratulations to the golf team for winning their second straight BBC Championship yesterday at Ironwood. All 6 golfers made the all-conference teams. Jack Leppelmeier – BBC Player of the Year; Graycen Osterday – 1st team; Rylee Bevard – 1st Team; Gavin Knierim – 2nd Team; Kaleb Wyse – 2nd Team; Creighton Aeschliman – 2nd Team. The golf team will compete in the sectional tournament next Thursday at Ironwood.
The varsity volleyball team opened up conference play with a 3 set victory over Fayette. The JV team won in 2 sets. The 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams both defeated Fayette.
The JH golf team won the dual match with Ayersville 166 to 236.

The varsity soccer team lost to Toledo Christian 6 to 3.

Remember to sign up for the Blackbird Success Academic Success Center! Sign up is in Mrs. Meller’s science classroom. We meet after school in the library from 3:15-4:15 on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Get ready to dodge, dip, duck, dive, and DOMINATE – because the legendary pumpkin fest dodgeball and basketball tournaments are making their grand return, and YOU are invited to join the fun! The tournaments are open to 4th through 12th graders and forms are available in the office.
