Thursday, May 18 -  

All library books are due today!

Class elections will be postponed until Friday. Students who applied for positions should be prepared to say a little something to their class about why they are interested in the position. You may choose to say exactly what you put on your application, or something different, or you may choose not to say anything. You will have the chance to speak to your class tomorrow morning. High school will break into class meetings for a brief time after the HS awards. Junior high students can do the same during 2nd period with Mr. Beck and Mrs. Richer. 

Today is thriving Thursday. This day signifies to always try to look on the bright side of things. Research has shown that wearing bright colors can help brighten your mood.  Don't worry, be happy!

Auditions are being held for the 2023-2024 season of Noteworthy. All students currently in grades 8-11 who are enrolled in choir for next year are eligible to audition. See Mr. Beck to schedule an audition time.

This week the high school art showcase will be on display in the Atrium. Please join us tonight at 6:30 for a reception before the music program to celebrate the hard work of our art students.

Auditions are being held for the 2023-2024 season of Noteworthy. All students currently in grades 8-11 who are enrolled in choir for next year are eligible to audition. See Mr. Beck to schedule an audition time.

There will be a meeting today at lunch for girls in grades 7-11 interested in playing basketball next year. Please bring your lunch to room 150.

Today is Mental Health Monday. We are wearing green to represent Mental Health awareness. May is mental Health Awareness month. 10% of 14 to 16 year olds seriously considered attempting suicide in the past 12 months!

Results from the over the weekend:  Congratulations to the varsity track & field teams. The varsity boys were BBC Champions and the varsity girls were the BBC runner-up. 

The varsity baseball team will play at Edon tomorrow in the sectional semi-final at 5:00 pm. Tickets must be purchased online at ohsaa.org/tickets. 

There will be a basketball meeting for boys in grades 8-11 today at lunch in room 150.
