There is a sign-up sheet in the office for girls in grades 8-11 interested in high school cheerleading next year. The deadline to sign up is today!

FCCLA has an opportunity for you! Ms Litogot is looking for members for her FCCLA executive board. This board will help plan and  implement activities for next year's FCCLA. Applications are available in her room and due today  Junior high and senior high may apply.  If you have any questions, please stop by or email Ms Litogot.

Today is the first collection day for coffee orders and money. Please turn in what you’ve collected so far. The office will keep track of your individual sales.  Friday, April 28 will be the last day to turn in all orders. 

The deadline to sign up for the Smash Bros Tournament is today.. Entry cost is $5. Please turn in your money to Mr. Switzer.  If you have any questions, see Sam Myers.

Afternoon activity period will be for FCCLA - meet in the old commons. We will be having a picture taken for the yearbook; Quiz team meet in room 201.

Any quizzer planning to go on the Nationals trip should make sure to come to the quiz activity period meeting today.  If you cannot make it, please see Mrs. Sivik before the meeting.

There are still a few slots open for this year’s Pettisville Idol, so if you are interested, talk to Mr. Kester or Mr. Beck.

Results from last night:  The varsity softball team picked up the BBC win over Fayette 29 to 1. The varsity baseball team lost a close one 9 to 8 to Fayette. JH track results from North Central: JH Girls - Pettisville 82, Edgerton 30.5, North Central 27.5. JH Boys - Pettisville 65, Edgerton 47, North Central 34. Congratulations to Casin Nofziger for setting a new JH pole vault record with a vault of 10 feet.

All seniors are to report to the high school gym tomorrow morning at 8:00 for a senior class picture. All seniors are required to attend.

Wednesday, April 19 - 

Today, all sophomores will be taking part 2 of the English 10 state test. Testing today will begin at 11:35 a.m. Sophomores testing today will eat lunch from 11:00 - 11:30, then report to the same testing location from yesterday. Students are reminded to bring only their fully charged chromebook and something to work on after testing, as students will remain in the testing location until the end of the session. Best of luck to our sophomores testing today! Also, a note to all other students not testing. Please move quietly in the hallways during testing to avoid distractions for our testing students. Thank you!

Today, all sophomores will be taking part 1 of the English 10 state test. Part 2 will be taken on Wednesday. Testing today will begin at 9:10, so sophomores are to report to their testing location immediately following 1st period. Students are reminded to bring only their fully charged chromebook and something to work on after testing, as students will remain in the testing location until the end of the session. Mr. Bruner’s 2nd period class will report to Mrs. Frazer, and his 4th period class will report to study hall. Mrs. Sivik’s 2nd period class will report to Mrs. Miller, and her 3rd and 4th period classes will report to study hall. Best of luck to our sophomores testing today!

Monday, April 17 -

This week continues our fall coffee sales fundraising.  We will be making this a competition. The student who sells the most coffee will receive a $50 gift card. The 2nd and 3rd runners-up will receive a $25 gift card. Also, let’s see which staff member sells the most. They will also receive a $50 gift card. The last day to turn in sales will be April 28. 

Juniors & Seniors:  Please turn in deposits for prom if you have tnot done so already. If you haven’t signed up for a table by the end of today, your table will be assigned. 

Results from the JH track invitational on Friday and the varsity track invitational on Saturday at Patrick Henry. The JH girls finished 4th out of 12 teams. The JH boys finished 3rd out of 13 teams. The varsity girls finished 8th out of 12 teams. The varsity boys finished 4th out of 13 teams. The JH girls 4 x 800 meter relay team of Keren Maldanoda, Sophia Loar, Sophie Wyse, and Ashalyn Rice set the school record with a time of 12:01. The JH boys 4 x 800 meter relay team of Gavin Knierim, Tyler Wilburn, Carson Andres, and Alex Galvin set a school and meet record with a time of 10:03. Casin Nofizger set a new school record in the pole vault with a height of 9’8”.

The Junior High track meet for today has been cancelled.  There will be practice after school.
