2023 REGISTRATION - CLOSED 3/10/23

Emergency Medical Authorization Form: Please print from our website & turn into the school office with payment by Monday, March 20th (accepting payments until this date due to school closure 3/10/23).

UNIFORM SHOP: Please order your child's t-shirt according to age group/team.

Cost: $25 per child with a maximum of $65 per family.
Checks payable to: Pettisville Summer Rec.
COMPLETED FORMS & PAYMENT due to the school office by FRIDAY, MARCH 10, 2023* -- EXTENDED UNTIL MONDAY, MARCH 20th due to school closing for snow day.
*TEE-BALL is the only exception. KG Registration is April 7th, so the Tee-Ball sign-up deadline is April 14th.

Please note:
It will be determined on a team-by-team basis whether or not a late registration will be accepted. This is due to the need for determining the number of teams at each age level and the scheduling of games in March.

Tee Ball – current kindergarten students and 2023-2024 kindergarten students
Practices and games in June (June practices may be in the evening or during the day depending on the coaches and field availability).
Uniform shirts are NOT mandatory. *Tee-ball registrations are due by Friday April 14th, 2023 (to allow for KG screening results)

Minor League – Coach Pitch current 1st & 2nd graders - separate boys and girls teams
Practices and games in June (June practices may be in the evening or during the day depending on the coaches and field availability).
Shirts & Mitt mandatory, pants & accessories are optional.

10U Girls Softball – current 3rd & 4th graders- no older than 10 by January 1, 2023
Practices begin in April – Games in May and June
Shirts, Mitt, & Helmet mandatory.
Players will also need a visor, black socks, and black softball pants.
Those can be purchased from our on-line store, reused from previous years, or purchased where you choose.

12U Girls Softball – current 5th & 6th graders - no older than 12 by January 1, 2023
Practices begin in April – Games in May and June
Shirts, Mitt, & Helmet mandatory.
Players will also need a visor, black socks, and black softball pants.
Those can be purchased from our online store, reused from previous years, or purchased where you choose.

14U Softball – current 7th and 8th graders – no older than 14 by January 1, 2023
Practices begin in April – Games in May and June
Shirts, Mitt, & Helmet mandatory.
Players will also need a visor, black socks, and black softball pants.
Those can be purchased from our on-line store, reused from previous years, or purchased where you choose.

Summer Rec Equipment

Softball and baseball equipment can be expensive and it is hard to practice and become a better player if you do not have your own equipment.  We will be collecting new or slightly used items for the Summer Recreation Program.

We are collecting:
Baseball and Softball Mitts
Black or Gray Uniform Pants
Cleats
New Black Socks
Helmets

These items can be dropped off in a bin in the vestibule outside the main school office.
