Next Wednesday, December 2nd, is the annual free cholesterol screening for freshmen and seniors. Staff members can have their cholesterol screened for only $5. Money raised will go to the Fulton County Heart Radiothon. The screening for freshmen and seniors will take place during the morning. Staff members can be screened before school or during the morning starting at 7:30am. All freshmen and seniors are encouraged to get their cholesterol screened, as high cholesterol is a health risk. Freshmen and seniors will receive a form on Monday in English 9 or American Government class, that will need to be completed prior to Monday’s screening. All students under the age of 18 will need a parent signature. The completed forms will need to be brought to school by Wednesday morning in order to be screened. You may also drop off your completed form in the office before Wednesday.

This past Saturday, the HS and JH quiz teams participated in the NWOESC November Invitational. Pettisville completed a clean sweep – winning the varsity, JV, and JH divisions. The Pettisville varsity team was the only team in the tournament to finish the day undefeated. Congratulations to all 27 quizzers who participated.
