Today’s Activity Period will be for NHS – meet in the study hall and Spanish Club – meet in room 202. Spanish Club will hear a presentation on Spain. There will also be Christmas gifts for each attendee, as this is the last time we meet in 2020.
Sophomores who signed up to meet with the Four County counselor during Activity Period need to bring their chromebooks. Meet in room 209.

Junior Class should complete their homecoming re-vote today. Today is also the last day for all 9-12 graders to complete their homecoming queen ballot.
Next Monday, November 23rd, our Jostens rep will be in the cafeteria with the class rings and class jewelry that was ordered. You will need to pay any remaining balance due in order to pick up your class ring or jewelry. Please pay online in advance or on Monday with cash or money order. So, if you ordered a class ring or jewelry, please be sure to pick it up when you come into school Monday morning.
Wednesday, December 2nd, we will hold the annual cholesterol screening for freshmen and seniors. Nurses from FCHC will be upstairs in room 208 where freshmen, seniors, and staff will be able to check their cholesterol level to support the Fulton County Heart Radiothon. On Monday, November 30th, freshmen and seniors will receive a form that will need to be completed in advance of Wednesday’s screening. Morning announcements will be made to remind everyone of that upcoming event.

In HS quiz action this week, the varsity and JV teams both defeated Toledo Early College with scores of 350-60 and 425-15 respectively. In the Fulton County tournament rounds, Pettisville defeated Evergreen 295-115. They then moved on to round 3 and were victorious over Wauseon 330-65. This means they move on to the finals which will be played on December 8.
For “Fun Friday” this week, we are practicing gratitude for a happier and healthier life. Check your email to fill out a one-word answer of what you are thankful for. Each grade level, plus teachers and staff, will have a poster created with their thankful words. Please finish this by midnight tonight. On Friday, wear a hat to school to remind us that we can be thankful for hats that keep us warm.
