FFA Tractor and Tree Day

On Tuesday April 25, Pettisville Local Schools parking lot included various tractors brought by students who owned or have operated a tractor. The models of tractors in the parking lot were a John Deere, brought by Lynnsey Crouch, a Mack truck used to spread waste brought by Tony Stuckey, a Steiger tractor brought by Stetson Aeschliman and an International tractor brought by Jacob Dennis. The purpose of the tractor day was to inform students of safety hazards in and around tractors. It is held during the spring time because during this time farmers are planting, which means that there is going to be more tractors on the roads.
