Thursday, Nov. 1 - 

High School soccer players: Please bring $55 to school to cover the expenses for state soccer. You may turn in the money to Mr. Switzer’s room. Checks should be made payable to Pettisville Schools.

 

Online driver education for the classroom requirement of driver ed is now available from UDrive in Archbold.  Introductory price is $320 rather than $340.  Contact Mr. Link if you would like more information at 419-266-9907 or clink@archboldschools.org

 

Auditions are being held for the PHS spring musical, Godspell. Auditions will be in the theatre on Monday and Tuesday, November 5 & 6 from 3:20-8:30pm. You can sign up for an audition time outside the theater door.

 

Good luck to Logan Rufenacht and Max Leppelmeier this weekend at the State Cross Country Championships.  Logan and Max will run at 11:00am at National Trail Raceway on Saturday, November 3.

 

Morning Activity Period today will be for class meetings.

Wednesday, Oct. 31 -

Last night was the Fulton County FFA job interview contest held at Fayette High School. Three members attended. Kayla Wyse and Clara Damman both placed 3rd in their age groups and Matt Rupp placed 5th in his age group.

Monday, Oct. 29 - 

Attention boys’ basketball players in grades 7-12 that ordered shoes:  Shoes have been delivered. Please bring your payment for your shoes to Mr. Leppelmeier in order to receive your shoes. If paying by check, please make it payable to Pettisville Schools.

All students going on the FCCLA Rally trip need to please report to the atrium immediately after announcements. Wait in the atrium until Mrs. Bacon gives instructions.

 

Results from the OHSAA Regional meet in Tiffin on Saturday. The girls’ team finished 11th out of 24 teams. Morgan Leppelmeier led the Blackbirds in 49th place, followed by Kelly Miller, Sarah Foor, Kate Stuber, and Ava Hoylman. The boys’ team finished 13th out of 23 teams on Saturday. Logan Rufenacht led the Blackbirds followed by Max Leppelmeier, Calvin Nofziger, Mitchell Avina, and Caleb Nolander.

 

Congratulations to Logan Rufenacht and Max Leppelmeier for qualifying to the state cross country meet for the second straight year. Logan crossed the line in 15th place with a time of 16:49.8 followed by Max in 23rd place with a time of 16.54.8. Logan and Max will run at the OHSAA State Cross Country Championships this Saturday, Nov. 3, at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, OH.  The Division 3 boys’ race will begin at 11:00am.

 

Detention today will be in Mrs. Dadisman’s room #205.
