The past month many of Pettisville’s FFA members have been working hard on officer books, proficiency applications, State FFA Degrees and Star in Agriscience applications. This year Pettisville FFA had three members who sent in proficiency applications. Madeleine Wixom with Wildlife Management, Kayla Wyse with Agriscience Research, Plant Systems and Elizabeth Beck with Diversified Livestock. Wyse also sent in a Star in Agriscience application that also got sent on. Three officers made officer books and all received gold ratings at the Regional level. With the treasurer book, Maruicea Crouch placed first, with the secretary book Jessie McWatters placed third, and Elizabeth Beck also placed first for reporters. There were three state degree applicants whose applications got sent on to the state level. These applicants include Jessie McWatters, William Fenton, and Calvin Nofziger. Congratulations to all of these members.
