Friday, April 13

Today is the last day to sign up for the Forestry STEM module. The sign up sheet is posted on Mrs. Meller’s science door.

If you forgot to turn in your prom bull riding permission form yesterday, it MUST be turned into Mrs. Horning today.

If you would like to purchase a DVD of “My Fair Lady,” please let Mr. Beck know as soon as possible.  The cost is $25 each.

High Schoolers:  Are you at least 16 years old and like saving lives?  If yes, then sign up to give blood at the Pettisville blood drive sponsored by the Red Cross.  Sign up will be held during lunch in the atrium this week and next week.

Grades 9-12 and Faculty:  The NHS will be hosting a Mariokart tournament at lunch from April 23-May 4.  Bring a new pair of sock on competition day to enter.  Sign up on the senior end of the hallway.  Deadline to sign up is April 18th.

Activity Period today will be for FFA and Student Council.  FFA will meet in Mr. Poulson’s room and Student Council will meet in the theatre.  All other students should report to homeroom.

State testing starts Monday.  English part 1 testing will be for grades 7, 8, 9 & 10.  Part 2 will be on Wednesday.  Get plenty of rest and eat a good breakfast.

Shout out to all the physics students who helped with the family STEM night last evening.  You did a great job!

Thursday, April 12

Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for the last module of STEM that starts on Tuesday, April 24th.  The sign up sheet is posted on Mrs. Meller’s science door.

Juniors and Seniors need to remember to turn in the mechanical bull riding forms by the end of the day to Mrs. Horning.  We encourage all to turn in the completed form even if you are not sure you will participate in the activity. 

Attention 7th graders and NHS members:  This is a reminder that there will be a lunch bunch meeting today at lunch.

Wednesday, April 11

All junior high students are invited to the FCA meeting in Mrs. Miller’s room at lunch today.  We are viewing another segment of the movie “Woodlawn.”

Congratulations to the baseball team on their win on the road last night at Holgate by a score of 8-2. The baseball and softball teams are back in action tonight hosting the Cadets of Hilltop starting at 5:00pm.
