Friday, Sept. 6 - 

Fulton County Safe Communities has a 2019 Teen Distracted Driving Billboard Campaign going on now. You are invited to enter by designing a billboard showing the importance of driving without distractions. It can be hand drawn or digital. The winner will receive $150 prize and your artwork will be placed on 4 billboards. See Mrs. Nafziger in the art room for information about this contest.

Extended Activity Period today will be for Class Meetings.

The JV and Varsity volleyball teams picked up two road BBC wins last night at North Central.  The JV won in three sets 25-23, 20-25, and 25-16.  The varsity won in five sets 22-25, 25-23, 25-22, 29-31, and 15-12.  The JV and Varsity volleyball teams travel to Miller City tonight.

The varsity golf secured a BBC victory over Edon last night 165 to 238.  Caleb Nafziger was medalist with a 39, followed by Max Leppelmeier 40, Tommy McWatters 41, and Josh Horning 45.  The golf team travels to Stryker tomorrow for the Panther Invite. The junior high golf team was victorious last night over Montpelier, Archbold, and Stryker with a score of 220.

The varsity soccer team played to a 0 to 0 tie with Wauseon.  The JV team lost to 1 to 0.  The varsity soccer team will travel to Maumee Valley Country Day tomorrow.  The junior high soccer team lost to Monclova Christian 5 to 3.

The junior high volleyball teams lost to North Central last night.

Thursday, Sept. 5 - 

Deadline for class officer applications is today at 3:05pm. Remember applications require a parent signature as well as signatures from two teachers. Late applications will not be accepted. This is a great opportunity to add a leadership experience to your high school resume.

Spanish Club Pizza Sale Slips are due today at 3:05. Please total all pages of your sale and place all pages in “Trip Planning” folder in the bottom of the homework try in Senora Richer’s room.

Results from the cross country meet at Otsego on Saturday: The varsity girls team finished second overall. Top 20 finishers:  Kate Stuber finished 3rd, Sarah Foor finished 10th, and Kelly Miller finished 19th.  The varsity boys top 20 finishers: Zach McWatters in 14th and Braxton Huner in 19th
